Our director Simon Hay has over 25 years of experience in the architect expert witness field. We are expert witnesses in court, tribunals and meditations.

Simon has a mixed portfolio of the projects he has done from housing and commercial work. We are proud members of RIBA (Register of Expert Witness), Fellow Charted Institute of Arbitrators, Academy of Experts, UK Register of expert witnesses, Committee member International Masonry Society and BSI Committee Member B525/B519.

Simon is a Pre-Eminent masonry expert his publications include, use of reclaimed building materials, masonry thermal performance, severe exposure and movement in masonry.
